Megan Pagliuca, chief activation officer at Omnicom Media Group, said the agency planned to test NBCU's approach with a number of advertising clients. The gen AI ads and other One24 initiatives come as NBCU and other TV sellers are looking for an edge leading up to the upfronts, TV's big annual selling period. It's also introducing shoppable TV ads aimed at sports fans and a new way for advertisers to see the effectiveness of their ads overall. On a positive note, Bank of America raised its price target on Nvidia to $1,100, implying gains of nearly 20%. Analyst Ruplu Bhattacharya upped his price target by $240 to $1,280, now implying upside of 10.1% from Tuesday's close. The biggest tech companies had less of a presence at this year's AfroTech Conference , a large gathering of Black tech professionals. Black joy and celebration were on display while the reality of a tougher tech job market lurked in the background. Not technical enoughSeveral tech employees lamented that the programming wasn't technical enough to be useful to them. They were comfortable speaking to an audience that looked like them, but also felt an urgency to share knowledge that Black tech professionals don't always get access to. While many of the Black tech workers at Afrotech were waiting for the other shoe to drop, they also scouted for startup ideas and funding.

Cohen, a former tank commander in the Israeli Army, had no doubt she should immediately return to Tel Aviv. Now she is leading Hello Heart from Tel Aviv, where the company employs about 80 people. Other Hello Heart employees are Palestinians, including some who have family in Gaza. After the terror attack, Hello Heart consulted a trauma expert to help address the mental health stress. “I told our board we’re going to win the war against Hamas,” Cohen said.
